D.L.B.D. Logo

This is a logo for a future company that I hope to start. D.L.B.D. stands for Digital Landscape and Background Designer. I like this logo because it is simple and gives a brief explanation of what the company is. I had taken inspiration from video games, animated cartoons, and digital landscapes.
The inspirations that started this artwork were just messing around with blocks, and eventually making a intimidating castle out of the shapes with some help from shadows and values. The concept is to give the illusion of a scary, and intimidating castle out of some simple and plain blocks and shapes. While making the "castle" I was thinking about my first horror film that I saw and it had real emotions and reactions from me. I think that the values of this were amazing, it brought a true sense of creepiness, depth, and emotions. I first arranged the shapes to the order I liked, then drawn out the shapes base lines. I then used values to create the background and shadows to really pull this piece together.
A Warm Sunset In A Cold Place

A warm sunset in a cold place is a view of a mountain chain with a sunset behind it. My inspiration for a warm sunset in a cold place was to make an ironic view of a deceiving temperature in a place. My favorite part of the art project was to blend and shade the colors.
My First Steps into The Video Game Designing World

Like the title suggests these are my first steps into a whole new world of digital design. It's rough and bare bones but it's amazing! I don't know much about it but I know for sure that I will be doing this for the rest of my life. This was by far the hardest project I have ever done. This one project is something. It's the start of my new, and hopefully successful life.
The things that inspire me to make art are, my interests, and my environment. Things that motivate me are, my friends, my family, and my personality.
The techniques I used to make this art piece are, finding multiple base photos, combining parts of the photos together, and figuring out what type of background I wanted to successfully integrate the photos. I used colored pencils, blending sticks, and regular pencils.
What I think art means personally to me is that it is a creative sculpture, that has a story you make specially for just that one sculpture, and is personally linked to you. I link this drawing to me because it is comedic, random, and well thought through.

The things that inspired me to make this art piece were the four elements. (Fire, Water, Air, and Earth) Things that motivated me to make this piece of art were colors that formed cohesive textures, shading, and shapes.
The techniques I used were, shading, negative space drawing, and a little bit of blind contour drawing. I used regular pencils for outlining the clouds, mountains, fire, and shining raindrops. I used the colored pencils to color in everything I drew, and give my drawing more definition.
What this art sculpture is supposed to mean is that everything is made by working in harmony with each other. Like fire and water have to be combined in a certain way in order to create steam.

Overgrown beauty is by far my favorite acrylic painting I have made. The only tool I used to paint this was a palette knife. It had taken me about a week and a half to finish it and make it look nice. I took inspiration from an old animated movie that had taken place in a deep a dense jungle environment. The thing that I loved about this is that I used shading to make shapes appear.
At World's Edge was my fastest artwork I have done. It had taken about two days to complete. I started with the horizon, then used gravity to shape the trees. I used a sponge for the surrounding area. I then flicked paint on the paper with a brush. My inspiration was the different ways life can be seen. The two ways of life I focused on were bright and happy, then dark and gloomy.
Movement in a Poster's Form was made to describe movement and catch the attention of others that have more to learn. The first thing that I immediate think of is rain, and that's because water is one of the most odd thing to fall in a certain way. Admit it if You really could how long would you personally watch rain falling or water drip down from a faucet. I could watch for hours.
